What's in the pack

Each item is mapped to the Banking Pack Regulatory Source Pack. Where the section-level mapping is not yet confirmed, we say “in review” instead of guessing.

Fair-lending testing procedure

A repeatable procedure for testing AI used in credit decisions, reflecting the split US regime of ECOA/Reg B and CFPB Circular 2026-03.

The GenAI governance gap

SR 11-7 and OCC 2011-12 are named here only as superseded reference points. OCC Bulletin 2026-13 is the current source this pack starts from, and it leaves mid-market banks to work out how to govern generative AI in practice.

The Banking Pack turns that source into practical procedures and checklists a small compliance team can adopt.

An overlay, not a replacement

The Banking Pack adds banking-specific content on top of the AIGov Core Kit. You still need the Core Kit's inventory, risk tiering, approvals, incident response, audit checklist and training. The pack adapts them for banking.

It complements governance platforms too. Load the foundation into Credo, ValidMind or OneTrust when you're ready for one.

Who it's for

Community and mid-size banks

Where one or two people own regulatory readiness across many domains.

Credit unions

US-first content applies. NCUA-specific rows are planned for later.

Fintechs

Teams using AI in lending, onboarding or customer service that need a defined control set.

US-first. EU rows are optional overlay modules.

Not legal advice. AIGov materials are starting points for your own governance program. Have your own counsel review anything before adopting it.

Attorney review status: attorney review of the kit and this pack is in progress and not yet complete.
